Firmware Description

Firmware in the OCRP kit is available in the form of a library of VHDL components and/or Simulink blocks. A user can assemble these entities into a model and compile it for the required FPGA board, to build a custom radio. We intend to provide Simulink blocks to facilitate a)an easy to use graphical user interface for model building (inherent to the Simulink environment), and b)a push button for implementing the FPGA design (taken care of by Xilinx System Generator)
